David Arnold is one of the guests on Graham Norton’s BBC Radio 2 show on Saturday morning (7 March 2015) from 10am until 1pm. Possibly he’ll mention the fact that he’s doing an amazing orchestral concert tour of his music from the last 20 years (recently hugely enjoyed by the people of Dublin, and last year enthusiastically received at London’s Royal Festival Hall) and perhaps he might mention the fantastic and funny Made in Dagenham musical, for which he wrote the music and which is showing at the Adelphi in London until 11 April 2015.
“With guests, James Bond composer David Arnold, the star of Poldark, actor Aidan Turner, and singer Kelly Clarkson. Plus more Grill Grahams with Maria McErlane.”
10am, BBC 2, Saturday 7 March 2015

David’s next concert will be on Tuesday 14 April at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall which has just been picked as one of the ten best concert halls in the world by Trevor Cox (Professor of Acoustic Engineering at Salford University who wrote the book Sonic Wonderland) – he’s previously reported testing the Halls’s acoustics on his blog.
