• David Arnold has been working with Sinead Harnett and Lethal Bizzle to create a grime-orchestra track which will be released, free, on Tuesday 13 October thanks to support from Bulmers Cider. As part of Bulmers #LiveColourful LIVE series there will also be a free concert at 7.30pm on Tuesday 13 Oct at One Mayfair – tickets are available from this website (you’ll have to confirm that you’re over 18 to enter the site). • Enter before 5pm Tuesday 6 October. David has also been working, with Michael Price and Anthony Weeden (orchestrator) on the music for Charlie Higson’s new ITV series Jekyll and Hyde. The ITV team and Liverpool Victoria (LV=) have put together a screening experience to celebrate and you can win tickets (or, if you don’t win [you’ll hear by Friday], buy tickets) to one of four events happening on Friday 23 and Saturday 24th October.

Having been to a few of David Arnold’s concerts I would highly recommend going along to this if you can. I’ve also heard the orchestra (21st Century Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Ludwig Wicki) perform the music for Star Trek Into Darkness at the Royal Albert Hall, live to picture.
