David McAlmont recently performed with David Arnold at his July 2014 concert at London’s Southbank, you can read a snippet of one of the reviews below. Here’s a Christmas song they recorded together a few years ago and they previously collaborated on a fantastic version of Diamonds are Forever.
“When MOJO collared James Bond and Little Britain composer David Arnold at a party he was full of Pre Christmas spirit. We duly press-ganged him into contributing to Blue Christmas. He did so in generous fashion, recording a remarkable version of the Martin/Blane classic with one of the great British singers extant, David McAlmont.” Mojo Magazine 2005.

Here’s a little bit of what the beige website had to say about the concert, more on the reviews page.
“During this segment Mr Arnold unsheathed his “secret weapon”, singer David Mcalmont, who stepped onto the stage to perform Play Dead, a song made famous by Bjork. The shot was a bullseye. The target exploded. And the audience, including David Walliams, Mark Gatiss, Steve Furst, Amanda Abbington and Martin Freeman, roared with excitement.”
